Deltek Acumen Technip Case Study - 2013 Deltek Acumen Annual Summit Presentation reveals methodology used established by the project controls team in order to compare multiple baselines for purpose of validating potential claims. This was one of the earlier versions of Acumen that didn't full deploy the Trend Analyzer.
