Expectations in Primavera P6 Class
This is the most popular course presented across multiple conferences in the Gulf Coast. This course provides an accurate depiction of developing an EPC schedule as phases within your project pass their stage gates.
Over the years many senior experienced planners have only been exposed to a single phase of a project such as turnaround planners, or construction planners. As an example in a growing market many EPC companies will employ these planners with the expectation that their years of experience will allow them to immediately begin developing engineering/procurement schedules. Although experienced planners shouldn’t take too long to adapt to another environment, it could be frustrating for the planner as well as the EPC company as the planners gains understanding of their work methodologies. This 1 Day course will provide you a guideline and templates available for developing EPC Schedules for Upstream & Downstream projects in any sector [Power, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Energy, or Roads/Infrastructure]. The second half of the course is complete hands in P6 tying up Engineering Logic thru Commissioning/Startup. |
